We are always confronted with some questions and suggestions. Here we have tried to formulate answers to the most frequently asked questions. We are grateful for your tips or any personal questions regarding Sea Safaris Lanzarote, the Canaries or any other query.
Q: Where do we park our car in the marina?
A: When you arrive at the entrance to the Marina, turn immediately to your left after passing the gatehouse and barrier and this will lead you into the car park nearest to the boat.
Q: Do you provide transport to and from the Marina from our hotel?
A: Sorry, but we do not.
Q: Is there a minimum age for passengers?
A: Yes, the minimum age is 2 years - there is no maximum age!
Q: How many people will there be on the boat?
A: The boat is licensed to carry a maximum of 12 passengers and 3 crew.
Q: How long will we be at sea?
A: The average duration of a boat tour is a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 3 hours.
Q: Will I get wet on the boat?
A: Perla Blanca I is an open boat, so if we should encounter some choppy waves there is always the chance that you may get ´splashed´!!
Q: Is there a toilet on the boat?
A: There are no toilet facilities on the boat.
Q: Can I smoke on board the boat?
A: No, smoking is strictly prohibited.
Q: Do you provide lifejackets?
A: Yes, automatic inflation lifejackets are provided for adults and buoyancy aids for children.
Q: I am pregnant, will I be allowed to join in a boat tour?
A: Sorry but no, due to insurance limitations.
Q: Do you provide food and drink on board?
A: No, but you are more than welcome to bring your own.
Q: What should I wear?
A: We recommend that you wear comfortable clothing and soft soled footwear - ladies are advised NOT to wear skirts or dresses. Also, bring a warm jumper or a jacket as it might get chilly on the water. Don´t be fooled if it is a very hot day inside the marina!
Q: What should I bring with me?
A: Suntan cream, a bottle of water, snacks, a warm jumper or jacket.
